oday I’m making gluten free and egg free, delicious and simple triple chocolate mousse cakes that consist of gluten free chocolate sablé cookies, and three chocolate mousses made of dark, milk and white chocolate. Yummy!

oday I’m making quite an elaborate dessert – my strawberry and white chocolate tarts! The list of things we need to do is quite long! First we’ll make almond pastry tart shell, and then beautiful, moist almond sponge cake. After that we’ll mix some white chocolate and lemon ganache, make strawberry jelly, white chocolate mousse, and finally, white chocolate glaze. Phew! Pretty tall order, I agree, but don’t worry, I’ll explain every step in detail!

espite widespread belief, cheesecake is neither modern nor American invention. This delicious cake was indulged by the ancient Greeks, especially the athletes during the Olympic Games! Of course, they made it differently – by mixing cheese and honey (since at the time there was no sugar as we know it), and sprinkling the mixture with some wheat flour before baking, but – that was a cheesecake, through and through!
